An exercise in creating WikiTopics from a set of notes
As a group
- Return to your group notes from an earlier session. Rettberg chaps 2 or 3 might yield some interesting ways in.
- Review your notes to create topics by fusing words to create wikiwords or introducing new ones.
Individually, start a topic.
- Follow one of your new topics to the new page, and start sketching in what that topic might consist of: headings, a statement of the main issue or idea that needs exploration, some possible connections and materials others might use to develop the page further.
- This first pass is a set of notes - but notes designed to foster and encourage more development of a topic rather than to close it down.
Between Wednesday and Sunday
Visit the pages of others in your group and continue development on them.Draw on Rettberg, Woods and Thoney, on other pages. Create links to materials, counterpoints, examples, sidetracks ...
Make at least one visit each day.
