Executive description


I am going to take notes on when I get hungry and what I want to eat and see if they line up with any emotions. I will also make notes on what types of physical activity I did and how I felt before, during, and after.

Narrative


I hope to learn how a healthy physical lifestyle impacts my mental and emotionally lifestyle. I’ve seen a few blogs on healthy eating and major lifestyle changes but I never really followed them enough to see what happened. I’m not sure what I will put on the blogroll yet but I will most likely find some other blogs similar to mine and link them. In my actual posts I will say what activity I did and for how long and also what I ate. I might post images of some of the foods I eat through out the day or just a picture of the weather that day. I hope to get healthier and also to get better at writing. In my project report I am thinking it will be a cumulative post on my blog. I might make a graph or chart to illustrate my progress and I will provide a summary of my findings.

Contract for Grade


100 pts (about a C) Blogging 2 - 3 times a week, under 100 word entries
150 pts (B) Blogging 3 - 4 times a week, with 100 - 250 word entries
250 pts (A) Blogging 3 - 4 times a week, with some entries becoming 250-500 word essays
I will be aiming for 150 points with 3 or so posts a week of at least 100 words but hopefully more.
