Mindlessness Is Okay
- amount of clicks doesn't matter as much as how much thinking it takes to click in the first place
- read: it shouldn't take much
- we shouldn't have to second-guess what to click - difficult choices/questions are not helpful...
- ... but they do exist:
- give users some guidance
- this guidance should be brief, timely, and unavoidable (Krug, p. 47)
- focus on creating mindless choices for users
