What it's about: How the White House uses New New Media.I am going to be a bit of a bigot here and narrow this topic down to how new new media and American politics specifically, simply for the sake of research.
- How the use of new new media is changing the way things are communicated, how they are communicated, who communicates them, and so on.
- How new new media is/has changing/changed the political landscape.
- How is this changing political participation (considering groups, individuals, corporations, etc)
- What is now considered political participation?
- Anonymous (how hacktivists are changing the political landscape through social media/networking.
- Stance: This article's stance would be informative, helping the population to become aware of how new new media is affecting their take of and participation in politics. It may also take on an amusing tone, depending on who is writing the article and which direction they are trying to take it.
- Where it Fits: This article would have to fit under the category of New New Media, as it's main point is the effect of new new media on politics. We could also make a sub category called New New Media and Politics
